IN PREPARATION TO RECEIVE YOUR CURLY HAIR CUT SERVICE WE ASK THAT YOU ARIVE WITH YOUR HAIR DOWN, DRY AND DETANGLED. STYLING PRODUCTS ARE OK PLEASE NO HATS, PINS, BUNS, OR SCARVES TO PREVENT ANY STRETCHING OF YOUR CURLS

CANCELLATIONS

YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT ANY TIME FREE OF CHARGE UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. YOU ARE WELCOME TO RESCHEDULE FOR A FUTURE DATE BASED ON AVAILABILITY. IF YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A LATE CANCELLATION FEE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE PRICE OF THE SERVICE YOU SCHEDULED.

IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WITHIN  24 HOURS AND DO NOT SHOW UP AT YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE FEE FOR THE SCHEDULED SERVICE AND MAY NOT BOOK ANY FUTURE SERVICES.

LATE POLICY

IF YOU ARRIVE 15 MINUTES OR MORE AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A LATE CANCELLATION FEE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE PRICE OF YOUR SERVICE.

CHILDREN

SERVICES ARE ONLY PROVIDED TO CHILDREN WHO ARE AT LEAST 12 YEARS OLD.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

PLEASE COME WEARING A MASK THAT GOES BEHIND YOUR EARS, NOT ONE THAT TIES BEHIND THE HEAD. UPON ARRIVAL YOUR TEMPERATURE WILL BE TAKEN, ANY TEMPERATURES OF 100.0 OR HIGHER WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE WITH NO FEES INCURRED. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO USE HAND SANITIZER OR WASH YOUR HANDS IN THE RESTROOM BEFORE WE BEGIN YOUR SERVICE.

TO PREVENT OVERCROWDING IN THE SALON WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT BRING ANY GUESTS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WHO ARE NOT RECEIVING A SERVICE.
